Life happens!
If it's more than 48 hours prior to the start time of your event, just sign into your Cocktails 'n Canvas account, click on "My Tickets", select the event you can't make it to. On the top right hand side you'll see a "Reschedule" button if you're able to reschedule.
If it's less than 48 hours before your event, you can treat a friend or family member to a night out and let them take your place. Just ask them to check-in under your name.
If you can't find a friend or family member to treat and have them take your place, we may still agree to reschedule you but we will charge your credit card a $15.00 rescheduling fee per person (including taxes). Our events are very much like concert tickets, if you miss an event, we can’t reschedule or refund you after the event. We have limited seats and we incur costs even if you can’t come.
If you have a serious medical or personal emergency, we do sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Email us at hello@cocktailsncanvas.com, we'll help if we can. If you were part of a group of people going, we may reschedule your ticket but we will charge a reschedule fee to others from your group. We do this because we have little to no chance of reselling your tickets and we incur costs even if you don't show up to an event being held less than 48 hours from your request for a reschedule.
Some types of reservations can not be rescheduled:
- CrowdFUNded reservations can not be rescheduled since they are not paid for until the CrowdFUNded event is successfully funded (meaning at least 24 seats have been reserved within 14 days of the event date)
- Fundraiser event reservations can not be rescheduled
