Once you design and create your event, we get to work to confirm all the little but important details. We research, reserve and confirm a local venue, local artist and artist assistant for you and we buy all the supplies we need to make sure your event is a classy, upscale and fun event. Once we reserve an artist for you we don't allow that artist to take any other events on the date you requested.
We begin incurring expenses and getting firm commitments from our partners and team members for your event long before the date of your event and we need to know that you are serious about holding your paint party.
Your deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your event 10 business days prior to your event. We understand that even the best plans sometimes have to change. That's why we don't charge any administration or cancellation fees if you cancel 10 business days prior to your event. Cancellations that occur within 10 business days prior to your event are non-refundable since we can not cancel our commitments and incur real costs for your event whether you hold it or not.
