Our cancellation policy is simple. You get a 100% refund if you cancel in writing with us 10 business days before your event. We will not allow you to reschedule an event if its less than 10 business days away since this is effectively a cancellation.
Having 10 days gives us a chance to find another paint party for the local artist and artist assistant and to let the venue know your event is cancelled and update our systems.
We can not make any exceptions to this policy.
