Before the event:

  • We'll give you a unique event page on our website where you can link all your marketing
  • Your unique event page will give all the event details and also provide an overview of your worthy cause 
  • Your unique event page will allow your guests to purchase tickets using any major credit card
  • You'll be able to sign into your account with us and see who's coming and how many tickets are sold at any time


During the event:

Everything you need to recreate your painting is included!  

  • Two hours of step-by-step instructions from a local Artist
  • a 16" x 20" blank canvas on a wooden frame (ready for hanging)
  • non-toxic, water based paint
  • the use of a table easel 
  • the use of a Cocktails 'n Canvas apron
  • the use of our unique, high-quality long-handle paint brushes 
  • the use of other supplies and
  • free pics that we post on our FB page for you to share, download or tag

 

Of course, you get to take your painting home to show-off your new found creativity!


After the event:

  • We'll send you a cheque for the funds you raised about 7-10 business days after your event is held
