We have a page on our website that explains a fundraising event and a fun little wizard that allows you to create and design your own fundraiser, click here to go there.

We need a few easy decisions from you: (we're happy to help you with any questions that come up, just call us at 855-979-8585)


  1. Pick an event name (for example, your charity name, fundraiser for ...) 
  2. Pick a date and time to start - our events are generally 2 hours long.  Weekends are less available than weekdays.  If the date and time you want are not available, call us.
  3. Estimate how many people will attend your private event and a price point - if you sell ALL the tickets you've determined you want to sell, our wizard will instantly tell you how much you'll raise for your worthy cause
  4. Pick a painting you love from our Gallery (everyone can paint any of our paintings with the step-by-step instructions our local artists provide, but easier paintings generally are perfect for a private event so it's more of a party or social occasion)
  5. Answer a few other simple questions
  6. Pick a place to have your event (it can be your office, home, church, hall or you can choose to have your event with one of many bar, pub and restaurant partners)


You can either get onto our site and use our simple event creation wizard or give us a call, toll-free, at 855-979-8585 and we'll walk you through it.  

Once we have your information, we will start working on your Fundraising Event by confirming venue and artist availability.
