The Cocktails 'n Canvas fundraising event is designed around the needs of charities, not-for-profit and other organizations that exist to benefit worthy causes. You can design and create your Cocktails 'n Canvas for free and your organization won't pay anything upfront!
Once your event is designed and created, you'll want to advertise and tell your network about your fundraising event and people can make reservations and pay for tickets easily using our secure online payment system.
Cocktails 'n Canvas will keep the first $725 for up to the first 25 people. Each person above the 25th person, Cocktails 'n Canvas will charge $25 per person.
How many you have is limited only by the capacity of the venue you select when designing your Cocktails 'n Canvas fundraising event.

As an example:
If you design your event to allow 30 tickets to be sold at $50 each (any taxes will be charged on top of whatever price you set) if you sold all your tickets the total amount collected by Cocktails 'n Canvas on your behalf would be $1500. Before we paid you your share, we would deduct our payment of $850 ($725 for the first 25 tickets sold and $25 for each ticket above the 25th ticket sold, in this case, 5 tickets at $25 each or $125).
So your organization would raise $650 for your worthy cause and this amount would be paid to your charity 10-15 business days after your Cocktails 'n Canvas fundraising event is held.
In the end, we do all the work, you tell your network about the event and sell as many tickets as you can and we then deliver a fun, social and creative event for you where everyone who participates takes home their very own masterpiece to hang in a place of pride! Remember, no experience is necessary since our local artist walks everyone through with step-by-step instructions!
