We're pretty flexible! We generally limit 1 artist to 40 people at the most so that each person can interact with the artist if they need to and so that you have enough time to complete your masterpiece without feeling rushed or stressed out!
The only other constraint we have on how many people you can have at your Cocktails 'n Canvas fundraising event is based on venue capacity. Each person needs enough space as about a dinner place setting would take. We will work with you to make sure everyone has enough elbow room. We also prefer not using round tables but rather rectangular tables.
