Our cancellation policy is simple.  You get a 100% refund if: 

  1. 24 seats are not reserved 10 business days before your event date or 
  2. we can't confirm a venue or artist after your event is successfully funded (ie: 24 people reserved seats)
However, we also do not allow refunds for reserved seats if a CrowdFUNded event still has time remaining until we decide whether its funded adequately or not.  If we allowed refunds while a event was trying to get enough reservations to get funded it would not be fair to everyone else and we can only allow such discounted seats if they are non-refundable.


We will generally only cancel if you have not sold enough tickets to pay our portion of the expenses, however, we reserve the right to cancel due to any other reason that may affect the safety or availability of our artist team.


 Sorry but we can not make any exceptions to this policy.
