We don't need a lot from you. Think of it as us making reservations with you for a large group. We book our standard events about 2-3 months in advance, but we also gets lots of requests for private and corporate events. You get to decide what events you want, on which days and you can update your availability online in your Cocktails 'n Canvas venue account.
The space:
- That you have enough space for at least 25 people to be seated
- That you have no carpet where our events will take place (our paint is a water-based acrylic paint that wipes up easily with a damp cloth or napkin)
- Ability to turn up the lights
The service:
- That you have adequate servers
- That your service standards are focused on keeping your customers happy so they come back again and again
The logistics:
- That you keep your account up to date with your availability, your contact information and your marketing pictures and message
- That you accept or decline our email requests for new events based on what you tell us your availability is in your account
- That you have a responsible contact person who will respond in a timely way to our requests for new bookings
