If we cancel an event due to bad weather or unsafe weather conditions, you will receive an email letting you know. The email we send you will give instructions on how to reschedule. We use our best judgement on whether to cancel or not, but everyone's safety is the most important factor.


If we don't cancel, but you don't feel that you'll be safe travelling to or from your event, use your best judgement and stay safe. If there is a weather warning in the area of the event, we will reschedule you without a fee.


If you have a specific concern, like maybe you are travelling from far away, we would like you to call or email us so that we can help out. In these cases, we will waive our 48-hour policy and let you reschedule but there will be a charge of $15.00.
