A voucher or gift ticket is NOT a completed reservation. It has to be applied to a purchase on our website in order for you to attend an event with it.  


Taxes: Promo codes and third-party vouchers do NOT include tax, we have to collect it when you make your reservation. You can pay the taxes with any major credit card.  


To apply your code(s) and get a ticket to a Cocktails 'n Canvas event, follow these steps:


  1. Find an event on our Event Listings that works for you! Click on the "Buy Tickets" button 
  2. Enter the number of tickets you want (you can redeem multiple vouchers at one time).  If you have a promo code that can be used more than once, you will need to enter it separately for EACH ticket that you want to promo code to apply to.
  3. Click the "Apply+" button for EACH each seat you are reserving/ticket you are buying
  4. Check to see the total dollar amount being charged is correct (for deal site vouchers tax is not included in the voucher and will be charged)
  5. Click on the "Next" button
  6. If this is the first time you are buying a ticket, complete the information required for your reservation. If you've bought before, just log in (click "forgot password" if you can't remember your password). Your username is the email address you bought your ticket with last time, email us at hello@cocktailsncanvas.com if you can't remember the email you used as your username)
  7. Enter in your credit card information, check again that the dollar amount being charged is correct, then click on "Check Out"
  8. We'll send you an email confirmation/receipt with all the details you need


If you lose, misplace, delete or can't find your email confirmation, just sign into your account and click on "My Tickets" to find your event and all the related details for which you have a reservation.
