Oops!  Sorry about that. 


There are a few reasons it may not have worked:

  1. You didn't enter the voucher number EXACTLY as it appears and then hit "Apply+" button for EACH voucher.
  2. You might have entered your receipt number or transaction number instead of your voucher number.
  3. It's expired. No trouble, just send us the code number in an email or click on Contact Us. Don't forget to include your name and contact details.
  4. You've already used your voucher but forgot. Send us an email with the code number, we can check it for you.
  5. You are trying to use your voucher for a Fundraising or Charity event. Sorry, vouchers can't be used for events where the purpose is to raise money for a worthy cause.
